What is special about pak choi?
This Oriental leafy cabbage grows quickly and gets nice compact heads. That's why 4 fit in a box.
You have pak choi in different types. Most varieties of Pak Choi flower quickly in the spring, so you only sow from the longest day: the end of June.
Because this variety grows so fast, it also does very well in the spring. To prevent early bolting, do not sow in June.
Sow and grow bok choy
The cultivation of bok choy is very simple. The seeds germinate quickly and the plants grow quickly.
Because Pak choi is a leaf cabbage, the plants are loved by snails and caterpillars, so pay close attention to that.
Once the plants are mature, they always bloom. So harvest them on time.
